This solitaire game has the same principle as the classic (Windows) solitaire. You can put a red card of a certain rank on a black card of the next rank or a black card on a red card of the next rank. In other words, you organize the cards in the descending order alternating black and red cards. A free spot can be occupied only by a king. The upper spots work differently. There you organize cards of the same suit from ace to King. Your final goal is organize all cards in 4 upper decks. Unlike the classic solitaire, here you have 13 equal stacks of cards. Cards are placed in such way that you can see what cards there are in each stack. Such format makes the game somewhat easier and helps you avoid "no more moves" situations.
