In the third part you are continuing to save people's lives! In each level they hang themselves and you should cut the rope with the arrows. Use your mouse to draw the bow and then release it to shoot. Each self-murderer has an indicator above them, which shows how much time is left before they die. Don't kill people! A number of arrows is limited. Good luck!
