This game is pretty similar to the first part of GTA. You're not a car thief, but a policeman. You need to catch criminals using various vehicles or just running. You start missions walking near your police car. Walk forward and backwards with the up and down arrows and turn left and right with the left and right arrows. Get close to a vehicle and press Space to get into it and drive it. Press space again to get out of a vehicle. Follow the arrow to catch the bad guys.
