This game has nothing to do with baseball. You're some sort of Manga guy who's kicking a turtle. Your goal is to make this turtle get as far as possible. Press space to start. The power meter will start to move. Press space again to stop the poser meter and select the current power. When you do it the angle starts to change. Press space once more to stop the angle indicator and to kick the turtle. If you succeed to stop the power at the maximum level you will turn into a super hero and will hit the turtle with your stick. There will be different objects on the turtle's way. Some of them help turtle fly farther. Others stop it. Falling on the correct objects helps a lot.
