This is an original variation of those games where you throw something and need to make it fly as far as possible. In this case it's a truck and you need to make it jump from a ramp. Your goal is to start accelerating at the precise moment to gain the maximum speed. Then you earn points for the distance your truck travels and for the objects it destroys on its way. Some objects make the truck fly farther.
