This is a boxing game. You need to knock out your opponent before he knocks you out. Playing on a desktop PC you use CapsLock for the left punch, Shift for the left block, + key on the numpad for the right punch and Enter on the numpad for the right block. The keys are different for a laptop and you can change them to whatever you want.
